Beginner Half Marathon Training Plan
This plan is designed for the person who has some experience in running and is looking for more of a challenge then just a 5k or 10k. If you are a runner that is looking for a good challenge and are wanting to step up to the big leagues of endurance training, this is the plan for you. This plan is for the beginner runner that can handle running at least 30 minutes per session to 25 miles a week. In just a few weeks you will move from a recreational runner to an endurance enthusiast. With the first phase of workouts designed to get you running consistently for several minutes, to the final phases that will build speed and help you finish your first half marathon in a personal best time.
