Beginner 10K Training Plan

This plan is designed for the person who is trying to run their first 10K. The person that takes on this program should have a reasonable amount of fitness. This plan is for the beginner runner that can handle 7 to 20 miles a week. With the first phase of workouts designed to get you running consistently for several minutes, to the final phases that will build speed and help you finish your first 10k in a personal best time.
