Advanced Half Marathon Training Plan
This plan is designed for the person who has a good amount of experience in running and may have already done a half marathon and is now looking to take it up a level. If you are a runner that wants to improve on a previous time or just want to place well in your age group, this is the plan for you. This plan is for the experienced runner that can handle running at least 25 to 45 intense miles a week. In just a few weeks you will move from an age group runner to a possible race contender. With the first phase of workouts designed to get you running basic base mileage, to the final phases that will build speed and help you finish your half marathon in front of the lead pack.
