Advanced 10K Training Plan

This plan is designed for the runner who has had a great deal of experience in running and has competed in many races. The plan is developed for the runner that can handle a fair amount of mileage ranging from 25 to35 miles. If you already run and are now looking to step up to another level, this is the plan for you. In just a few weeks you will move from an age group contender to a front of the pack runner. With the first phases of workouts designed to build a mileage base, to the final phases that will build speed and help you finish your 10k with a possible top 10 finish.
